What to expect during your sessions

We begin with identifying your goals for a unique and personalized one-on-one, face-to-face session. You can expect me to hold space for you as you discover how to improve a healthier relationship with yourself.

  • Our time together is private and confidential.

  • Please feel free to take notes during your session.

  • Often homework will be offered as a way to reinforce new behaviors.

  • It’s helpful to have water, comfortable seating, and a quiet environment for our sessions.

Sessions are one hour long, offered via Zoom.
